Great coffee and atmosphere. My only gripe is that the drive thru system takes way too long. They should have an automated system where you can place your order while looking at the menu. There’s no need to sit in a long line, wait until you reach the window to order, and then wait even longer for your coffee.

This place seems to be struggling to stay profitable. I remember when they used to focus on being higher quality. Over the years, you can see the decline in the aging interior and décor, but you can taste it too. What used to be fresh, high-quality greens is now cheap Sysco iceberg lettuce like you get at a T-bell, and little changes like that really add up. At this point, I can’t say there’s much separating them from the mega franchise competition across the way. I was honestly shocked when my sandwich came out packed with this low-quality lettuce and absolutely soaked in sauce. I asked for it to be remade, but instead of actually making a new sandwich, they appeared to simply pick the lettuce off and bring the same one back out, with sad little bits of lettuce still clinging to it. We ended up just leaving and letting them keep the money. Seems they need it more than we do. The food is now substandard for a price that simply doesn’t reflect the quality. It’s to be expected though in an area like this where people are willing to pay regardless of what they get, so there may not be much incentive to maintain the standards this place once had.

This coffeehouse is the BEST!! I love getting local made coffee and me and my mom will not get anything other than this place. I highly recommend their caramel ice blend if you are a frappe person or their hot mocha. Those are the bestttttt. Highly recommend this place. The service is always amazing and quick. The girls that work at the window are always so nice. I never get a bad experience here.

I've been a regular at this location for years. Food, service, and drinks are tasty. This is just something I wanted to share in case others aren't aware of the policy. Today, I couldn’t make my coffee run so I asked my family who were nearby to pick it up for me. My folks ordered stuff too. However my mom’s refresher tasted off to her. When the food was brought out, the discussion that stemmed between her and the first employee led my mom to believe she could switch it for another drink - and when asked whether there would be a charge, the employee made it seem like there wouldn’t be. Mamabear didn’t keep the drink. When said replacement was brought out by a diff employee - that employee explained that future remakes would in fact require additional payment because it isn't the store's fault if a customer doesn't like a drink, though they made an exception this time. I believe my family was taken aback by this and they were also curious why the first employee didn’t just say that. But to clarify, my mom didn’t like the drink because the water/açaí base had an odd taste to her; it wasn’t an experimental drink; she’s had it before. My folks asked me had I ever had drink issues or

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to grab something to eat before our hike. Food and drinks were good. We will be back for the cinnamon rolls! Didn't get a picture of it before it was thoroughly enjoyed!
